Our Founding
Founded in 2018, AQL began as a small, family-run operation with a pickup truck and a vision—to transform outdoor spaces and provide unparalleled tree care services. With hard work, expert knowledge, and a commitment to quality, we’ve grown into the company we are today, serving multiple cities and countless satisfied customers.

My name is Jared Adams, I am Coeur d’Alene, Idaho born and raised. I am the lucky and proud husband to my wife, Megan, and father to my son, Bentley, and my daughter, Brooklyn. My passions are serving God, my family, creating businesses to glorify God, and the outdoors. I love people and still have faith in humanity.
I have been landscaping for 20 years and truly love creating art with land. I believe I can bring joy and fulfillment to my customers and employees through landscaping. I appreciate your time because I know your time is the most valuable currency.
My Mission: Be a company of great value, not only with the pursuit of mastery of the services we provide to our customers and community, but also with truth, compassion and integrity!

I moved to Idaho from Georgia when I was 4. I served in the US Army where I met my wife, Heather. We have three sons who all play hockey. I was in the military for 13 years and was deployed twice, once to Kuwait and once to Honduras. I left the service after my last mobilization to Honduras in 2020 to devote more time to my family life. I love sports, mainly hockey and baseball. I strive to live my life in proper order: God, family, country!
I started with AQL in April of 2021 after leaving the service. I was originally the estimator for AQL Tree Service before getting promoted to the office manager in July of 2022. I take great pride in my ability to communicate effectively with our customers.

Over 20 years experience with construction in the Northwest. Including estimating, job procurement, contracts, office admin and so much more. A native of CDA. I am a mother, sister, daughter and Aunt. Family is everything to me. I enjoy the outdoors, hiking, kayaking, boating, etc. Hope to someday enjoy retirement surrounded by those I love most.
